As part of the pilot plant study for Philadelphia Water Department, a computer-based application was developed to increase the efficiency and accessiblility to information. The development of the application took place over 5 months in conjunction with the development of the protocols for the water pilot plant study. This paper presents a summary of the integration of the application with the paper based pilot plant study protocols as well as the capabilities of the application and its enhancement and importance to the pilot plant study process.
