Introduction

This report has been produced as part of a wider project to update the Environmental Profiles methodology (see www.bre.co.uk/envprofiles) and the Green Guides to Specification (www.breeam.org.uk) for commercial and domestic buildings.

The purpose of this document is to provide a summary of the exploratory data analysis performed on the expert responses gathered during the BRE Weightings Study. This analysis was undertaken to determine if the weighting data collected was fit for purpose for creating revised ratings for the 2007 edition of the Green Guide to Specification (available late 2007 from www.ihsbrepress.com).
