The Local Authority Sustainable Construction Network (LASCN) aims to improve and advance sustainable construction policies and working practices in local authorities across the UK. BRE carried out a telephone survey of 10% of local authorities across the UK to determine which aspects of sustainable construction were proving problematic and why. This Information Paper summarises the findings of the survey, which will be used as the basis for future actions of the network.
