This ICML standard provides an overview of
lubrication management systems and processes
that are applicable to the effective management
of physical assets related to lubrication. It is
intended, but not warranted, that this document is
in accordance with the international standard ISO
55001, as amended, and its subparts.
This standard identifies and defines the need
for the use of well-established best practices
that are applicable to a wide range of lubricated
mechanical assets.
