AASHTO T 21M/T 21-20 PDF

AASHTO T 21M/T 21-20 covers two procedures for an approximate determination of the presence of injurious organic compounds in fine aggregates that are to be used in hydraulic cement mortar or concrete. One procedure uses a glass color standard and the other uses a standard color solution.

This method agrees with ASTM C 40-04, except for shifting of text between Sections 5.2 and 9.2.

Includes 2016 Errata - In Section 9.2, the "750-mL" and "21/2 h" values are incorrect. The correct values are "75-mL" and "2h" are shown.
