This document provides guidance for the development and implementation of quality systems for concrete construction projects. This document is meant to be used by the architects/engineer and consultant communities and specifically by owners, designers, and constructors of concrete construction projects. A quality system involves the identification of quality objectives and their incorporation into the quality plan, which is implemented by project participants. A quality system allows user judgment with respect to owner's needs; defined quality objectives; project size, importance, and complexity; and project organization skills.
