This specification is applicable to full-scale development programs and partially applicable to demonstration/evaluation or production programs. These requirements are derived from operational and support needs of the system, air vehicle, support, and training system, etc., and apply to specific subsystems, equipment/hardware which are required to perform a function, sustain loads, environments, handling, maintenance, test, and other types of usage.
