This Code of Good Practices is for guidance in the preparation of documentation of digital computer programs. This documentation is to be adequate both from the standpoint of the user of the program and of the programmer at a different installation adapting the program to an entirely new operational environment. The principal criterion determining the extent and nature of the documentation is that the technical level and style be directed toward a user or programmer skilled in the art of using and writing reactor programs.
