This regulation prescribes the mission and principal functions of the U.S. Army Logistics Integration Agency (USALIA) located in Alexandria, VA 22333-0001 and New Cumberland, PA 17070-5007. This regulation establishes command and staff relationships; Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES) responsibilities; channels of communications; and the principal missions of the USALIA.
