Purpose

This regulation prescribes policies, procedures, and responsibilities for developing, managing, and conducting Army resilience and performance education, training, and implementation (also known as Comprehensive Soldier and Family Fitness (CSF2)).

Applicability. This regulation applies to the Active Army, the Army National Guard/Army National Guard of the United States, and the U.S. Army Reserve, unless otherwise stated. Also, within the context of the Comprehensive Soldier and Family Fitness Program, the term "Army Family" i ndicates Soldiers , Department of the Army civilians, and Family members of the Total Army (active, reserve, and National Guard).
