Purpose. This regulation prescribes general policy for administering all fund-raising activities within the Department of the Army (DA). It also specifically defines policy, procedures, and responsibilities for fund-raising in support of the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) and complies with guidance by the Department of Defense, the Office of Personnel Management, and Public Law.
Applicability. This regulation applies to the Active Army, the Army National Guard, and the U.S. Army Reserve.
