Applicability.

This regulation applies to the Regular Army, the Army National Guard/Army National Guard of the United States, and the U.S. Army Reserve units in support of outside continental United States contingencies requiring the construction of initial and temporary facilities. It also applies to Army Facilities Components System design drawings, construction specifications, supporting logistics data, and associated military engineer planning data. This regulation does not contain information that affects the New Manning System.
