These instructions arc to be used as a guide in familiarizing personnel with various maintenance measures to preserve, identify, or dispose of aircraft and their relat~d equipment. Thorough, repetitive inspections at regular intervals and effective repair actions will result in the highest percentage of equipment being in a ready-to-use status. A well established preventive maintenance schedule will prevent undue wear and deterioration to aircraft and equipment, and ensure a high standard of operation.
