This pamphlet provides a consolidated address listing of major Army commands (MACOMs), installations, and major activities. It includes the named organization's office symbol, e-mail address (where available), and complete mailing address. Correspondence and mail should be addressed using the standardized street address format. For mail, the first line should have the name of the office and or the action officer or office symbol, example: RECORDS MANAGEMENT PROGRAM DIVISION/SMITH or ASQW-IS/SMITH, next is an optional line (this should be used when the name of the DOD activity and attention line do not adequately identify the addressee), next is the name of the DOD activity, then the delivery line (to include the full street address), finally the city, state and ZIP + 4.
