Establishes metric size range and properties for pipes and fittings for underground disposal of storm or surface water but does not apply to pipes and fittings for pressure, sewer or soil, waste and vent applications, nor to pipes and fittings where continuous discharge of aggressive or hot effluents from factories is likely to occur. Two thickness classes are provided for, and specified properties cover impact resistance, reversion, softening point, sulphuric acid immersion, and stress relief. Test methods are in appendices.
