Requirements relate to truck-based, truck-mounted, truck-connected, tractor-based, tractor-mounted, tractor-connected, self-propelled and sub-base-mounted cranes, which may have a variety of combinations of operational characteristics extending through fully mobile, semi-mobile, rough terrain, fully slewing, partly slewing, and non-slewing. Appendices are provided on information to be supplied with enquiry, order and tender, statutory approval, nominal rating, related computer programs, stability and specific requirements for vehicle-tow cranes.
