It is primarily intended for use with AS 1200, SAA Boiler Code, and consequently includes low temperature room temperature and elevated temperature properties. It does not cover casing, tubing, drill pipe or linepipe for use by the oil and natural gas industries, nor tubes for the transport of gas, water or sewage.
