SUBTREC is an electronic version of AS 2545-1993, Subcontract conditions, in a Word for Windows environment. The program allows the Standard to be edited in Word for Windows as required, while maintaining the original AS 2545-1993 within the document by using strikeout (example) rather than physically removing text and by underlining (example) all inserted text automatically. The operating environment (within Word for Windows) includes functionality to facilitate the preparation of the document.
