Specifies requirements for general purpose, pressure sensitive, plastics label stock which is intended for conversion to many types of plastics labels for use on a variety of clean, smooth, flat or moderately curved surfaces at temperature conditions. Stipulates physical properties in respect of mass per unit area, thickness, form, dimensions and tolerances, and for roll stock, the internal diameter of the core. Performance properties are prescribed which may be evaluated by a series of methods of test described in the appendices.
