Applies to the design, construction, and location of installations for the storage of liquefied petroleum gas, and to the conveyance of LP gas by road vehicles. It provides for the storage of the finished product in the refinery storage area, and thereafter for the conveyance by road vehicles, and distribution and storage of this product in bulk and in metal cylinders. Refrigerated storage of LP gas and storage in disposable containers, prestressed concrete containers, or underground caverns, are not within the scope of this code.
