This specification applies to the supply on the basis of performance of semi-gloss fire-retardant finishing paint for interior use. The paint is not intended to prevent or retard the ignition of combustivle materials such as wood, but to prevent the spread of fire from one steel compartment to another, for example in naval craft. The paint is intended for use as a finishing paint over metal priming paint, anti-corrosive, complying with AS K108, and for recoating over itself.
