The Paint, Marine, Camouflage, Finishing, must be adequately ground and free from aggregates and gritty particles. It must be suitable for application either: (a) By brushing and for application by spraying when reduced in the proportion of 10 parts to 1 1/2 to 2 parts by volume (i.e. 15 to 20%) with mineral turpentine or (b) By spraying when reduced in the proportion of 10 parts to 1 1/2 to 2 parts by volume (i.e. 15 to 20%) with mineral turpentine.
