This document is divided into three parts that: 1. provide a set of definitions for common financial planning terms, process elements that describe the steps that a planner should follow when designing a plan and guidance for operating a planning practice; 2. provides details of planner competence in terms of knowledge and skill; 3. provides a framework for ethical principles and experience requirements for planners. The publication is identical with ISO/CD 21551, ISO/CD 21555, ISO/CD 15551 and ISO/CD 23449.
