This is a Spanish translation of Standard 211-2018, Standard for Commercial Building Energy Audits.
Based on Procedures for Commercial Building Energy Audits, ANSI/ACCA/ASHRAE Standard 211-2018 is the world's first comprehensive standard for energy audits.
Standard 211 brings the book's Audit Levels 1, 2, and 3 under the more stringent minimum requirements required by the public review process, and is a key resource for consulting engineers, LEED® professionals, and others seeking to conduct effective energy audits.
Level 1 is now qualitative, requiring only calculations of historical energy consumption and site benchmarks. Level 2 now requires a documented quality control check of projected savings against the base case energy use. Level 3 is better defined, requiring schematics for installation and other mechanisms to help the owner justify project cost.
Normative project forms are online for ease of use, and to facilitate adoption into code, and for improved integration with NREL's BuildingSync language.
