AMAX-LP is an oxygen-free low phosphorus copper produced from a high purity oxygen-free copper. It has a minimum electrical conductivity of 90% IACS and is used in applications such as refrigerator tubing and components where a material having a somewhat lower electrical conductivity than that specified for DLP copper can be employed.
