Since 1952, Alloy Digest has been the leading reference for materials property data on metals and alloys used throughout the world. Featuring graphs, charts and tables, these sheets give facts and figures on composition or characterization, physical and mechanical properties, heat treatment, and machinability.

MARINEL alloy is a very high strength cupronickel exhibiting immunity to hydrogen embrittlement. It is a wrought precipitation hardened alloy containing about 18% nickel and 5% manganese, strengthened by additions of aluminum, iron, chromium, and niobium, and has been developed to provide a corrosion resistant high strength bolting material for the most severe duties in offshore environments and on naval vessels.
