Industeel Mars 380 (earlier known as Industeel Mars 190) is a low-carbon, Ni-Cr-Mo-V-B, alloy protection steel that is used in the quenched and tempered condition (typical hardness = 380 HBW). It is used as rolled homogeneous armor for ballistic protection and evaluation of armor-defeating ammunition.
