316/316L Ugima XL is the latest version of Ugitech's improved machining grades in the dual certifiable properties. The alloy is a general purpose corrosion resistant austenitic stainless steel with added molybdenum (300 series with 2 to 3% Mo), oxidation resistance in continuous service to 870 C (1600 F), and intermittent service to 790 C (1450 F).
