ATI 201LN is an austenitic stainless steel that was specifically created for sub-zero temperature service down to –196 °C (–320 °F). It has replaced the familiar 300 series austenitic stainless steels such as type 301 and type 304 in many applications based upon technical equivalency and economic considerations.
