KORLOY 2570 and 2573 are zinc-base alloys possessing superior strength and good low-temperature impact properties down to -60 F. They are easily forged, extruded and machined for wrought applications and alloy 2570 can be used in the cast condition. They have excellent bearing properties and can be joined with adhesives, torch welding techniques, and solders compatible with aluminum alloy surfaces.
