1.1 This specification covers a powdered hand cleaner for use in washroom dispensers. This cleaner is suitable for removing heavy occupational oils such as oils and greases. Two types of hand cleaners are covered:
1.1.1 Type A -Soap and borax without lanolin.
1.1.2 Type B -Soap and borax with lanolin.
1.2 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as the standard. The values given in parentheses are for information only.
