1.1 The tubing is intended for electrical, mechanical, chemical, and medical applications manufactured from extrusion resins made from the copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene or modified FEP resins containing no more than 2 % by weight of other fluoromonomers. This specification is for virgin material only and does not address recycled material as it is not appropriate for FEP tubing. Note 1: Abbreviations are in accordance with Terminology D1600.
