1.1 This specification covers requirements for plasticized cellulose acetate butyrate thermoplastic compounds suitable for injection molding and extrusion. These compounds have a butyryl content of not less than 35% and may or may not contain dyes and pigments. This specification does not include special materials compounded for special applications.
