The Access Services Ordering Guidelines (ASOG) describes the various ordering forms used for the purpose of requesting access service to be provided by Providers. These guidelines are equally applicable to manual (paper) and mechanized (electronic) forms of access ordering by Customers when placing an order for access service under the various Provider's Access Service Tariffs.
