This ATIS Technical Report (TR) provides guidance on the meaning and for the Upstream Power Back Off (UPBO) control parameters for ITU-T Recommendation G.993.2 (VDSL2) when used in a North American environment. Two parameters 'a' and 'b' to control UPBO are defined in ITU-T Recommendation G.993.2.
