This document describes test vectors for the T1.303 24-, 32- and 40- kbit/s ADPCM algorithm. The test vectors are of two types: reset vectors and homing vectors. They cover both A-law and u-law (mu) operations and include cross-vectors (A -> u, u -> A). The vectors are arranged in two separate diskettes, one for the A-law and the other for the u-law.
