This document describes the test sequences for ANSI T1.310-1991, Digital Processing of Voice-Band Signals - Algorithms for 5-, 4-, 3-, and 2-bit/sample Embedded Adaptive Differential Pulse Code Modulation. The test sequences are of two types: reset test sequences and homing test sequences. They cover both the A-law and the u-law (mu) operations and include the cross-sequences (u -> A and A -> u). The vectors are arranged in twelve separate diskettes, six for the reset sequences and six for the homing sequences.
