This Technical Report is intended primarily for those who are developing, or need the development of, services and protocols for Telecommunications Management Network (TMN) applications, regardless of technology. This document has two components in the context of developing TMN applications: - describes the interactions necessary between T1M1 and other organizations - defines the principles guiding the development of TMN applications. Concepts from both communications and computing disciplines are integrated, therefore, traditional protocol or operations views may not be reflected.
