This document contains general information relating to the use of each of the EDI transaction sets for Local Service Ordering within the telecommunications industry. Topics covered are those that relate to the use of the transaction sets regardless of the type of service and the flow of the information. The business information reflected in this guideline is based on the Local Service Ordering Guidelines (LSOG)Version 7, January 2003 as defined by the Ordering and Billing Forum (OBF) in ATIS/OBF-LSOG-007. Section 10.4, Telecommunications Additional Code Lists, is an independent document and is updated quarterly.
