This is a guideline for implementing those standards and regulations in the telecom industry. It describes new kinds of admonishments consistent with the standards, explains when to use each type, and shows how to present them. It enables the highest degree of compliance that is practical, given the contradictions among the standards themselves. The information in this guideline is important - it applies to all safety-related messages in workplace signs, on product labels, and in user documentation - and it is not currently available elsewhere.
