This powerpoint presentation begins by outlining the development of New York City's Watershed Protection
Program. Maps are provided of the Catskill and Delaware supplies, and generalized land use. Information on governmental agencies involved in
watershed protection is provided, along with the issues driving the city to watershed
protection. Watershed Memorandum of Agreement, contractual arrangements, Catskill Watershed Corporation, watershed protection
funding, and water and sewer rate structure are all outlined as part of the program development.
