Accomplishments in the development of the Integrated Regional Water Management Strategic Plan (IRWMP) since January 2006 are listed, along with factors that aided in its creation such as: membership and participation in the committees; leadership and sub-regional steering committee
responsibilities; providing planning tools to foster development
of regional/integrated projects; and, developing quantifiable targets for the next 20
