The goals and objectives of this powerpoint presentation include the following:
foster understanding of Southern Nevada Water Authority's (SNWA)
sustainability goals;
educate the workforce on the use of Green
materials and design strategies;
gather and answer questions early;
troubleshoot problems;
show regular progress; provide frequent, clear and concise move
instructions;
familiarize workforce with building and
downtown amenities;
communicate new procedures for
maintaining green standards and LEED
certification; and,
identify and minimize emerging issues.
These goals were applied to SNWA's move to a new green office building.
