This powerpoint presentation begins by providing a brief overview of a case study at the Pecan Grove
Municipal Utility District (MUD) to meet groundwater reduction
requirements by building a 2 mgd, base load, surface water treatment
plant. Source water quality challenges are presented, along with the bench-scale test overview, the
pilot test overview, and the full-scale plant layout. Presentation summary includes the following:
integrated membranes were selected to meet
the District's water quality goals;
successfully completed pilot testing; and, pilot test report is submitted to TCEQ for
