This powerpoint presentation begins by providing a brief overview of Oxnard, California's GREAT Program, created by the Oxnard Plain water agencies to
address water supply challenges by constructing an advanced water purification facility (AWPF) to
produce recycled water for agricultural users and
groundwater recharge (seawater intrusion barrier), and to convey desal concentrate to enhance
