Multimedia training allows students to learn and retain more in a shorter period of time and it reduces overall training delivery costs. Well-designed multimedia training programs support all types and levels of students - both the less adventurous student who is most comfortable with a linear path through a course and the discovery learner. All students are guided through the course in a fashion that instills basic concepts first and then builds upon the basics with more advanced concepts until finally the student is placed in real life situations where they are required to assimilate and apply the information just learned.
