This powerpoint presentation presents AwwaRF Project #4002 that has the following objectives: to produce a White Paper that will document the
current state of asset management research and
the asset management practices that utilities are
using today; and,
to produce a Road Map, or multi-year prioritized
strategy, for future asset management research. Five major deliverables plus the project website are listed and include:
a White Paper to review the status of asset
management and identify the research gaps;
a workshop where participating utilities can
express their views on future research and the
Roadmap;
case studies to illustrate the real world activities
that are ongoing;
tailored Asset Management Readiness
Reviews for specific utilities; and,
a final Project Report with research roadmap.
