This powerpoint presentation begins by providing background information on a case study for solving a perceived water loss with the South Coast Water Supply District, Joint Regional Water Supply System (JRWSS) in southern California. The presentation focuses on the following topics: resolving perceived water loss;
comparing usage with historical data;
developing and documenting a billing methodology; and,
