concerning identification of aging infrastructure in
need of rehabilitation. A condition assessment of the Union Street pipeline is presented, along with Spartanburg Water responsibilities that included the following:
provide insertion point(s)
with 2" diameter opening;
SCDOT Coordination;
media notification;
traffic control during the
inspection process; and,
velocity control. Benefits of the leak condition assessment are provided.
