A project is presented of the structural rehabilitation of 3460 feet of 6 inch diameter transite and cast iron water mains at Elmendorf Air Force Base, including: project title "Replace Water Line FOCO Housing on Luke Ave, McGuire Ave, Mundy Ave, and 15th Street"; installation of temporary by-pass; excavating access pits; pipe cleaning; CCTV inspection and plugging; liner installation; pressure test; reinstatement of service connections; and, benefits to Elmendorf Air Force Base.
